CISTERN BALL VALVE
Primary function of Toilet fill valve It regulates the water level in the tank after a flush. The valve has several components:
Float (orange ball): This part floats on the water surface and is connected to the valve mechanism. As the water level rises, the float rises, eventually shutting off the water supply.
Arm: Connects the float to the valve body.
Valve body (white plastic): Contains the mechanism that controls the flow of water.
Inlet (top white part): Where the water enters the valve.
Outlet (red part): Where the water flows into the tank.
These valves are commonly made of PVC or other plastics and are used in plumbing, irrigation, and water treatment systems due to their affordability and chemical resistance. Ball valves are designed with a sphere with a hole in the center that allows or restricts flow depending on its position. The pictured valve is designed for medium pressure systems, up to 1.5 Bar. is to regulate the water flow into the toilet tank after a flush, ensuring the tank refills to the correct level for the next use.SKU: n/a
